Sad news for all from Chad and the organizing committee.

Hello All,

The Rendezvous 2021 Organizing Committee is disappointed to announce that they have decided to cancel the 2021 Rendezvous event that was scheduled to take place this June in Kenora, ON. We had hoped that things would improve to the point where it would be feasible to still host the event, but with the travel and gathering restrictions that are currently in place, and no indication of when they may be relaxed, we felt this was the most prudent course of action. We would like to thank everyone for their patience while we waited and evaluated the situation.

For anyone that is still registered, we will be issuing a refund shortly. The hotels have been notified that the event has been cancelled, but we suggest that you call to cancel your reservation to ensure you aren’t surprised by any unexpected charges.

We are sorry that the pandemic situation has not improved to the point where we could hold the event. We are hopeful that things will continue to get better and we will be able to once again gather for Rendezvous in 2022. Stay tuned for information about that event from the Rendezvous 2022 organizing group.
